Chocolate Glazed Banana Donuts

It has been awhile since I’ve posted because it has been so busy with school. However, I did finally have the chance to test this easy recipe I’ve thought about since the summer. The ingredients used for these donuts are easily found in most pantries. Not to mention how the baking process makes it less messy than the traditional frying methods. Hope you all enjoy.

Chocolate Glazed Banana Donuts


Donuts Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbs of agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tbs of coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Any Toppings of choice

Glaze Ingredients

  • 3 tbs of icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbs of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs of water

Donut Steps:

1.) Preheat oven to 325℉

2.) Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Then add the wet ingredients with the mashed banana.

3.) Once wet ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add in the dry ingredients. Make sure everything is well incorporated.

4.) Spray donut pan with cooking spray.

5.) Spoon in your donut batter into the pan evenly. Put in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.

6.) Once the timer is done, take it out from the oven and let it cool down.

Glaze Steps:

1.) Blend the icing sugar and cocoa powder to incorporate.

2.) Add the vanilla and water, then mix everything again.

3.) Set aside once ready to glaze.
